  • I offer a range of massage therapies including deep tissue, therapeutic, pregnancy/prenatal, and massage for teens (7–15). I also provide life coaching through 1:1 online sessions worldwide, as well as in-person group experiences in Blenheim that include movement, meditation, and sound healing.

  • Simply reach out to book your first session. We’ll have a short conversation to understand your needs and choose the best service for you, whether that’s bodywork, coaching, or a group experience.

  • My approach is holistic. I work with both body and mind. I combine professional massage therapy with coaching tools, creating a space where you can release physical tension while also reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level.

Transformational coaching focuses on personal growth, self-awareness, emotional patterns, mindset, and creating aligned change in your life. Coaching is not a replacement for mental health treatment or therapy.

    As a transformational coach, I support clients in:

    If deeper psychological or mental health support is needed, I always encourage working with a licensed mental health professional.

    Being in your home or a familiar environment often helps you feel more relaxed, grounded, and emotionally open during the process, which can create a deeper and more authentic coaching experience.

    For the sessions, it is very important that you have:

    • A quiet and private space

    • A stable internet connection

    • A good camera on your phone or computer

    As a transformational coach, it is essential for me to be able to clearly see your face, expressions, body language, and emotional reactions during our sessions. This helps me better support you, guide the conversation with awareness, and create a more connected and present experience together.
