THE ALIGNED METHOD
works from the inside out. It invites you to reconnect with your body, emotions, values, and intuition, so your actions naturally begin to reflect who you truly are.

This method recognizes that feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected is not a failure, it’s often a sign of misalignment.

Through guided reflection, open conversation, and practical integration, ALIGNED helps you gently recalibrate and move forward with clarity and intention.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you already are,
and allowing your life to rise from that place.

ALIGNED is a coaching method I have developed to support conscious, sustainable change, rooted in awareness, self-trust, and inner coherence.

LET’S GET STARTED

THE ALIGNED METHOD

The ALIGNED Method (T.A.M.) is an integrative, embodied coaching approach.

It brings together awareness, emotional work, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices to support growth that feels safe and sustainable.

Instead of forcing change from the outside, ALIGNED works from the inside out, helping the body feel safe enough to release old patterns and move toward what feels true and alive.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about realigning with who you already are.

THE PROCESS

    The Initial Consultation

Your first session is usually a friendly and relaxed conversation. This first meeting might take just 30 minutes and serves two purposes: as a coach I will learn about your goals, your dreams, and what’s currently happening in your life, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach.

This initial meeting helps both of us determine whether we’re a good fit for one another. Trust and openness are foundational in coaching, so feeling comfortable from the start is important.

The Intake Session: Laying the Groundwork

If you decide to move forward, the next step is a dedicated 45 to 60-minute intake session. This is where you and I begin to dive deeper, exploring your current lifestyle, sources of stress, health habits, obstacles, well-being, motivation, and what you’re hoping to get from coaching.

    We will explore topics like:
    - Your day-to-day life
    - Physical, mental, and emotional well-being
    - Nutrition, sleep, and stress patterns
    - Your vision for change and what you hope coaching will bring

This phase isn’t about labeling or rushing into solutions. It’s about understanding you as a whole person.

    Exploring Sessions

The following couple of sessions we will keep exploring.

This is your space to unpack emotions, explore patterns, and discuss what’s been hurting, holding you back, or keeping you stuck.

As your coach, I will be listening carefully, forming a picture of what support, structure, and strategies will best serve you, so when you’re ready to set goals, they’re aligned with what truly matters.

Plan with Purpose - setting goals togther

Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and aligned to your specific needs.

Once that strong foundation is in place, we will begin setting goals—together. You’re not being told what to do; you’re being supported in clarifying what you truly want and given tools to help you get there.

We’ll work together to distinguish between internal and external expectations, uncover hidden dreams, and focus on goals that are measurable, meaningful and achievable.
