The Shell Effect is a project that I am working on, however, I need YOUR help to spread this concept.
I came up with this new concept that I will be calling “The Shell Effect Project” (SEP), this is a symbolic exploration of how we engage with our inner emotional world and connect with others through shared vulnerability.
The name draws inspiration from the natural spiral of a shell, a form found in nature that moves both inward and outward, creating a powerful metaphor for emotional awareness, self observation and holding space for others.
Share the S.E.P. concept with your loved ones as well as with someone that might need you, or if you need someone, share and explain you need to be heard and held.
